I'm an experienced Back-End/Full-Stack Developer with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in building and managing high-performing teams. I led the back-end development of Igluu (igluu.cz), a startup that now controls 20% of the Czech real estate market, driving technical strategy, process efficiency, and successful product delivery.

Starting as a front-end developer in 2020, I quickly expanded my skills to become a full-stack developer by 2021, working on diverse projects including NFT marketplaces. Currently, as a Backend Team Lead, I focus on building robust, scalable systems using Java and Node.js.
